As an accredited member of the Booksellers Association, we constantly learn from our peers and industry professionals. We commit to actively develop our skills, systems, knowledge and expertise. We implement industry best practices to evolve and maintain a user-friendly and inclusive book browsing experience, both online and in-person at our events.
