On 8 May 2025, we mark the historic 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day. It will see people, families and communities across the nation coming together to celebrate 80 years of peace since the end of Word War II in Europe, while also recognising and remembering the many millions who made the ultimate sacrifice to achieve it.
