Our book fairs guarantee your pupils benefit from ‘extra free books’ supplemented by our profit-share Community Book Fund.
How does it work?
We sell directly from stock; the books we bring are award-winning, premium-quality, and always engaging, informational and fun – the very best in children’s books.
We only sell books, jigsaws and educational activity cards or games – no gimmicks, toys, or other sparkly merchandise.
We set up an attractive display, we prepare all communication to families, and we manage all of the payments and admin.
Our ‘Virtual Book Fair’ add-on enables online sales through our e-commerce store, providing full inclusivity and maximising book fundraising.
Our book fairs are all about reading for pleasure and enriching learning. Through enabling access to a huge range of exciting books, we inspire children to embrace a lifelong passion for reading.

Pop-Up Bookshop book fairs are the BEST! There’s always a huge range of different types of reading material and fun activity books to suit all year groups and abilities. The books are a really high standard and good quality too, with many having won awards. Vanessa seems to have read most of them (!) so her knowledge to make recommendations is fantastic plus she is friendly and personable with the children, encouraging them to explore the books on offer. These book fairs are a highlight in our school calendar.
