Just like Urban Garden, we pride ourselves on our high standards and exceptional execution, but most of all we believe that our work should be committed to making a difference… and we always try to have FUN!
Where Is Urban Garden?
This stunning, secluded destination location is a true hidden gem featuring lush, green, plant-filled multi-level terraces with twinkling festoon lights and heated outdoor seating, located at: Urban Garden, Exeter Crescent, Bournemouth, BH2 5AY. Urban Garden has generously offered to support Pop-Up Bookshop by providing us with a platform to trade to a new captive audience, offering exciting promotions to tantalise teachers and local families, and helping boost our Community Book Fund profit-share initiative to benefit local children with extra books.

Sir David Attenborough Celebrates 100th Birthday
Sir David Attenborough celebrates his 100th birthday on Friday 8th May 2026. He is widely considered one of the most travelled people in history, having visited all seven continents and 83 countries over a seven-decade career. He has described his career as an “extraordinary” opportunity to see the natural world firsthand. Even in his later years, he has expressed that he could not imagine living his life in any other way and feels fortunate to continue learning and exploring; he often emphasises how lucky he is that people still want him to create documentaries.
“An understanding of the natural world and what’s in it is a source of not only a great curiosity but great fulfilment.”
“The natural world is the greatest source of excitement; the greatest source of visual beauty; the greatest source of intellectual interest.”
What an incredible achievement to reach the 100 year milestone and a truly wonderful legacy Sir David Attenborough has created throughout his lifetime. Here is a selection of our favourite books celebrating Sir David Attenborough and the natural world.
